It notes that the US and the UK are indifferent to the "good will" shown by Iraq in beginning to cooperate with inspection teams now that one week remains before the first scheduled report. Libé, on the other hand, leads with "Metaleurop gets rich, pollutes and goes," about a plant near Paris that just got shut down without warning for at least the short-term and which is among many plants closing in a troubled economy. * * *
