French news round-up:Le Monde leads with "Tel Aviv Bombing; Israeli Response."
Le Figaro leads with "The Nightmares of the Snow-Stranded," about the numerous motorists trapped in their vehicles along the road after big snowstorms hit while transportation workers were slow to clear the streets or dig them out. It focuses on highway A-10 in the Marne.
Libé leads with the black tide and the people of the coast who had to watch it approach, unable to stop it.
