French news round-up:Says Le Monde of the Ivory Coast: "Cease-Fire confirmed." It was negotiated by French Foreign Minister Dominique Villepin.
Elsewhere, in Venezuela there have been "Murderous Clashes in Caracas."
And we learn that the Prestige's stuff has been showing up on the French coast.
