That would mean that Iraq has launched a war against the US, the UK and the UN, for American and British planes are currently active in the territory in order to enforce UN resolutions. The war has started. The only question is when the Freedom Coalition will respond to Saddam's implicit declaration of war with an explicit one of its own.
