I wonder if Saddam's check writing facilities are still in operation, to pay the guy's family its blood money.
I also wonder how come Saddam had 25K for the families of suicide bombers at a time when Iraq ostensibly couldn't afford to feed its children. That's ten times the GDP per capita for 2001.
