There's our solution! We make the terrorists work in Chinese coal mines!
There's a book - wish I could remember the title - about a coal mine disaster in the '20s that I read recently. Absolutely horrifying to think of being on the wrong side of the flames.
In the meantime, how's that for your scary perspective? Gathering energy for the PRC proved to be more lethal than facing an Al-Qaeda attack.
