Fox News is headlining a car bombing in Chechnya, 16 dead, no story yet.Here's the AFP update at Le Monde:
Au moins seize morts dans un attentat à l'explosif en Tchétchénie / At least 16 dead in explosion in Chechnya
At least 16 people [died] and several others were injured Monday in the bombing of an administrative building in the north of Chechnya, according to officials of the pro-Russian Chechen administration...It was a truck bomb that leveled the building and made a mess of surrounding houses according to preliminary reports.
