There's a move to repeal legislation that gave those involved in an earlier dictatorship immunity if they stayed away. Now Argentina wants to extradite and try them. This is a bad sign, in that if this is what the Argentine president is devoting his time to it looks like the preparation of scapegoats, not coherent policy, is the order of the day.
