French news headlines:Le Monde: Fate of Alstom in Hands of Bankers. This is the company that has France in trouble with the EU over matters of finance, budget, etc. - France is a major shareholder.
Also: Latvia (Lettonia) votes massively in favor of joining EU. 67% in favor in fact.
