Not what the net is for:
Ugh. A Dog's Life notes a particularly disturbed individual who live-streamed himself having sex with a three-year old.
He is, thankfully, behind bars.
No word on his relationship to the child, but I'm guessing a family member since kidnapping wasn't in the list of charges.
Hate to think of those therapy bills.
