More self-talk!

When I wrote about self-talk the other day, it was in reference to something I've long done but not very formally. But just in case anybody wants a start, I've put up ten phrases for four languages (Indonesian, Spanish, French and German). I'll probably add Turkish and Mandarin (in bad pinyin) over the weekend.
